About the Glass Art

Each piece is a unique, hand-painted work of art. Even for the same design, there may be slight variations in the patterns or colors. We hope you enjoy the unique charm of each creation. The paint used is non-toxic, safe, and certified with the AP (Approved Product) seal. After painting, each piece undergoes a baking process, making it safe for use with food and beverages. Please note that the glass is not heat-resistant and should not be used over an open flame, in the microwave, or in the oven.

To clean, use mild dish soap and a soft sponge. Avoid dishwashers, soaking, abrasive sponges, cleansers, or bleach, as these may cause the paint to peel or degrade.

Returns

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email or the inquiry form within 3 days of delivery. Since each piece is one of a kind, we will issue a refund for returns. Please note that returns cannot be accepted if the item has been used, or if the product, tags, or packaging are damaged, soiled, or missing. We are unable to accept returns due to customer reasons such as a change of mind, order errors, or differences in appearance from expectations.
